Our Confirmation Formation Program continues to grow and improve, thanks to two great Confirmation Teams and over 290 wonderful teens.

2009-2010 Program Registration
Registration is open now! Families who had teens in Seton's 8th grade Religious Education Program or in Confirmation First Year will get computer generated registration packets to make registration easy! (These were mailed out the week of May 10th).
Families who had a teen in First Year still need to register for Second Year.
Seton teens who completed year one as an 8th grade student at St. Thomas school should register for Second Year here at Seton.
Teens currently attending Catholic High School are exempt from the First Year but should register for Second Year. Those teens are full participants when they are entering 10th grade or higher.

Parish Center Room Reservation Form for teachers if you wish to have a group function in the Parish Center. This form gets turned into Patti Scronse at the parish office. If you have questions, call her at 815-459-3096.
Our policy on youth service is this = "Look for needs to meet." This ongoing mentality is one of our greatest strengths of the program. Look at the evaluation results at the top of the page from last year's teens. We did lots of service last year and half the teens said they wanted to do even more!
"The taking of a saint's name is an ancient and praiseworthy Christian custom and this should be encouraged. Bizarre and/or unidentifiable names are not used..." Youth should research the saint's history and be ready to explain important information about their saint on Confirmation day.
